Hello and thank you for visiting my website!
My passion for physical well-being inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Doctor of Chiropractic. As I learned more about the importance of, and interaction between, all of the lifestyle factors, I decided I needed to learn more about nutrition too. So, I decided to also pursue a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Outside of my chiropractic practice, I have a few other side projects on the go, including work with Global Peace Network and their Tanzania Rehabilitation Initiative. We are working with local partners in Tanzania to improve access to physical rehabilitation services. I’m also working with several other individuals on a sleep project–more details to come on that as it evolves.
I grew up in a small town in the BC interior. Like many Canadian kids, I grew up playing hockey. One of my first jobs was driving the zamboni at the rink. After many years playing hockey, I switched to rowing in University — one of the most physically challenging sports I have done. Now, I run, hike, and bike when I have time.
