Sports Nutrition Consulting
Nutritional therapy is a multifaceted and individualized approach that encompasses dietary modifications and nutrient supplementation. It includes the use of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other natural compounds. Nutrition is just one key ingredient that is part of a broader group of important modifiable lifestyle factors (including sleep, exercise, stress, and relationships), which have a strong influence on health and wellness, risk for disease, and sport performance. Occasionally, I do workshops related to healthy spine mechanics, rowing, running, sport performance, and nutrition. If you are interested in a workshop or if you want more information, please contact me below 🙂
